The 2024 Frassati Lenten Retreat is a young adult retreat themed around the Body, Mind, and Soul of Jesus Christ. Retreatants will hear testimonies and teachings from leaders, shaping the understanding of what it means to live as a wholesome Catholic in communion with Christ, His Church and His teachings. Day 1 of the retreat will focus on the body, Day 2 on the mind, and day 3 on the soul. Sacraments will be offered daily and retreatants will have ample prayer and reflection time.
